Common questions.
Yes. From your dashboard, customise that month to have zero cleans. You won’t be billed for that month’s cleans, only any add-ons you’ve used. Your normal schedule resumes the month after.
Each month can be customised individually. June can have its own day numbers without affecting your other months. The change repeats every June going forward unless you adjust it again.
Give us your access instructions during onboarding: keysafe, doorman, neighbour, or scheduled key handoff. If we can’t access your space on the day, we reschedule at no extra cost.
We need at least 24 hours notice. Any day you select within the next 24 hours rolls over to next month at no charge. Days beyond that are bookable immediately.
Yes. Adding a day on a single month charges that month’s plan extra-day price only for that month. Removing days reduces that month’s service-fee total. Both adjust from your dashboard.
No notice period, no penalty. Cancel from your dashboard and your remaining scheduled cleans for the current month are completed; future months are stopped.
